Mike Minges has a special expertise in aviation projects, achieving on-time performance on airport projects ranging from $154 million to $1.2 billion. He utilizes his extensive design build background to negotiate costs, prevent and resolve problems, reduce impact on the client's current operations and add value to each project.
He currently is program manager for the $105 million Lambert-St. Louis International Airport "Airport Experience Program," a major campaign to restore and modernize the spaces and functions of the airport's historic main terminal and concourses. He also was program manager for the $1.2 billion Lambert-St. Louis Airport expansion program and the $154 million Lambert-St. Louis Airport East Terminal expansion. The Airport Expansion Program was awarded numerous honors including the AGC Marvin M. Black National Award for Excellence in Partnering and the CMAA Program Management Project Achievement Award for Infrastructure over $100 Million.
Prior to joining KWAME, Mike was Program Management/Control Systems Manager at Lambert, where he developed the master schedule and a specialized cost system for the airport's $2.6 billion Master Plan.
Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Dayton. He is a member of the Construction Management Association of America and the American Management Association.
Mike lives in the St. Louis metropolitan area with his family.
